At our India-based sourcing and export support platform, we assist global buyers through three core services:

We do not take payments through this website. Every product order or support request begins only after clear discussion via WhatsApp, email, or phone. There is no login, no subscription, and no auto-processing system.
This Return & Refund Policy is designed to maintain full transparency and protect the interests of genuine international buyers who connect with Indian exporters through our platform.

We do not charge for accessing supplier details, submitting inquiries, or receiving documentation help.
There is no subscription, no token system, and no upfront payment for general support.
Any paid service (like IEC support or paid freight coordination) is pre-agreed and documented only after personal discussion.
All support begins only after direct communication. There is no auto-checkout, no instant payments, and no login or listing-based model.
✅ 1. Free Services – No Refund Applicable
The following services are 100% free and hence do not require refunds:
B2B Buyer Desk / Indian Supplier Matchmaking
Import Process Guidance for Global Buyers
Export Setup Support for Indian Sellers
EXIM Documentation Review (Invoices, HS Code, INCOTERMS, etc.)
WhatsApp/Email-based advisory
These are offered to promote Indian exports and are not monetized or fee-based.
✅ 2. Paid Support (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a paid custom service is offered (e.g., IEC registration help, CHA/freight coordination, or document preparation):
Full scope will be discussed and confirmed in writing (WhatsApp/email)
Payment is taken only after agreement
Refund is possible only if service not delivered as discussed
All decisions are made case-by-case with clear proof of delay, non-delivery, or mismatch.
✅ 3. Direct Export Product Orders (If Applicable)
If you are buying export-ready products through our team:
Refunds are available only if:
Goods are not shipped as agreed
Products are damaged in transit (with proof)
Product becomes unavailable after confirmation
No refund will be processed for "change of mind" or post-confirmation cancellation.

If a buyer withdraws after agreeing to proceed, no refund is applicable.
We incur time and sourcing effort, hence such cases are not eligible.
