• 💳 Payment accepted only after discussion

7. Direct Export Product Orders

If you are purchasing an export product through our platform:

• Orders are manually confirmed after product inquiry

• Full specs, delivery terms, and documentation are discussed in writing

• Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Product not shipped as agreed

  • Product unavailable after confirmation

  • Goods arrive damaged (with proof)

No refund is applicable if buyer cancels post-confirmation or changes mind.

8. Buyer Change of Mind

Once a service or export process is confirmed, buyer change of mind is not eligible for refund or reversal.
We commit internal resources, supplier coordination, and time — hence such cancellations are not supported.

“We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or global freight disruptions.”

All services and legal terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh, India
